Schweizer Heilgestein

Schweizer Heilgestein

It is known that mineral clays are beneficial to the skin by absorbing excess sebum and drawing out impurities. They have a natural calming, anti-inflammatory effect on the skin, helping with healing and moisturising.

The Schweizer Heilgestein (swiss healing stone) is extracted in Würenlos (AG) and is particularly gentle product which contains among other things, 73% calcium carbonate and approx. 27% silicic acid in the form of quartz and other compounds (feldspar, mica) and clay-like minerals such as illite, montmorillonite.

Is it sustainable?
As the clay is extracted in Würenlos in Canton Aargau the travel distance to where I buy and use it in Aarau could hardly be smaller. Unfortunately from my research I can’t learn about how AIONA is extracted and how sustainable it is. I will update here as soon as I can!

Which products contain Schweizer Heilgestein?

Face the Flowers

Scrub the Love
