Storage: This product contains no preservatives. To maximise its shelf life, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid getting water into the container during use. This product is temperature sensitive: in cooler temperatures it is harder and in warmer temperatures it is softer.

Help!My Embrace the Zest got lumpy! Do I need to throw it out?

No! This is normal with natural creams. The oils used in Embrace the Zest are very sensitive to temperature changes so sometimes little lumps form as the oils solidify and cristalise at different temperatures. Luckily there’s an easy fix for this!

1. Remove the lid and place your Embrace the Zest jar in a warm place. This could be on the stove at the lowest heat, or in the oven at no hotter than 50°C. 

2. Once the lotion is completely liquid, carefully remove it from the heat (remember the glass will likely be hot). 

3. Put the lid back on and put the jar directly in the freezer. Leave it there for a few hours.

4. Remove it from the freezer and let it warm back up to room temperature. You will now find that your lotion is back to its smooth, lump-free texture. Enjoy!
